Reporting to a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the IT Services Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the activities and operations of all Information Technology services for Covenant Care and Covenant Living including hardware, software, network infrastructure, telecommunications, cybersecurity, system administration, and end-user support. This position identifies, recommends, develops, implements, and supports cost-effective and sustainable technology solutions that support organizational operations, service delivery, resident care, communication, and strategic priorities. The IT Services Manager works collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support the reliability, security, and ongoing optimization of organizational technology systems and services. The role also provides operational and strategic leadership for technology initiatives and supports organizational risk mitigation and business continuity efforts. This position will: Model the organization’s mission, vision, and values, consistently representing Covenant professionally and positively. Collaborate effectively as a professional team player, supporting the achievement of Covenant’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
