Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in an IT Help Desk role or a similar capacity.
- Minimum 3-days per week in-office
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting acumen.
- Experience in SaaS application administration.
- Proficiency in assisting users through ticketing systems.
- Capable of supporting a variety of hardware and operating systems.
Nice To Haves
- Previous work in a startup or fast-paced environment is an asset.
- Experience with videoconferencing support.
- Knowledge in asset management and tracking.
- Familiarity with MacOS support.
Responsibilities
- Administer daily IT operations, ensuring robust support infrastructure for a dynamic organization.
- Provide on-site support to Executive-level employees, conducting research and testing to ensure minimal disruptions in regular day-to-day operations
- Engage with cutting-edge technologies, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and system security.
- Optimize configurations and maintain system updates to minimize organizational risk.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, adapting swiftly to evolving business needs.
- Provide comprehensive SaaS application administration and support.
- Resolve user issues efficiently using ticketing tools and providing outstanding hardware and operating system support.
