Internships typically occur during Fall, Spring and Summer and range in length between 10 – 13 weeks. Recent Information Technology internships include (but not limited to): IT Network Intern This internship offers invaluable experience in IT network operations, including learning about change management, participating in cross-functional projects, monitoring IT systems, maintaining technical documentation, assisting with software/hardware deployments, and gaining exposure to various systems (Zendesk, Cisco Meraki, Cisco Firepower, Microsoft Azure, Ekahau). Interns will also participate in team meetings, conduct competitive analyses, and present findings to leadership. A rotation across other IT departments is also included. IT Quality Analysis Intern Become a vital part of our team as an IT QA Analyst Intern! Gain hands-on experience testing crucial store systems (POS, Kiosk, OLO, DMB), hone your skills with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and master best QA practices. This internship is perfect for students pursuing a degree in MIS, Software Development, or Information Technology. Cybersecurity Intern A Cybersecurity Internship provides experience in cybersecurity, focusing on IT infrastructure protection. Responsibilities include vulnerability assessments, security testing, incident response support, and learning security best practices. Interns will gain experience with various security tools and improve problem-solving and analytical skills. A Bachelor's degree in progress (Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field preferred) is required.
