Requirements

Currently enrolled in a college or technical program (IT, Computer Science, or related field)
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi)
Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Detail-oriented and able to follow security protocols
Comfortable lifting equipment (up to 30 lbs.) and handling basic hardware setup

Nice To Haves

Experience troubleshooting computers or small networks is a plus

Responsibilities

Support a major Wi-Fi rollout, including setup, testing, and optimization
Manage Help Desk tickets and resolve day-to-day tech issues
Troubleshoot hardware like laptops, printers, and peripherals
Assist with onboarding new employees (device setup, imaging, accounts)
Track and manage IT equipment inventory
Create simple “how-to” guides for common tech issues
Ensure all work meets data security and compliance standards
Participate in team meetings and learn how IT supports business strategy
Gain a working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and how they will affect their work.
Comply with all requirements of the BSA and cooperate with the designated BSA Officer in assuring compliance.
