Requirements

• Student studying Computer information systems, Computer Engineering or Computer Network Engineering
• 1-2 years of prior work experience or a previous internship
• Familiarity with IT tools, notably ITSM and Network Diagrams

Responsibilities

• Creating a network diagram
• Supporting Level 1 IT ServiceDesk
• Performing Preventative maintenance
• Documenting IT Processes
• Organizing IT assets, both physical and digital
• IT Inventory updates and inventory procurement
• Working with ITSM and Jira
• Work alongside a global IT team
