Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
  • 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Offer outstanding assistance to staff by resolving hardware and software problems. Repair devices like printers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Offer solutions for desktop applications including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 360 Suite, Adobe products, TEAMS, Zoom, and other essential software.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Brightstar-specific applications such as Navigator, TouchPoint Master, SolarWinds, PTRG monitoring, HPOpenView, and others.
  • Collaborate with the Lincoln Operations team to ensure coverage during absences and share knowledge across roles.
  • Perform bi-annual backups of critical systems and routine maintenance on non-critical devices.
  • Reimage or erase devices as required.
  • Maintain records of technology-related assets using Easy Vista.
  • Provide support for digital projectors and conference room equipment.
  • Assist with facilities-related tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and emergency systems.
  • Accompany non-backgrounded contractors and ensure accurate check-out and documentation of their work.
  • Conduct routine inspections and participate in safety and security meetings to ensure compliance and address concerns.
  • Update and review the Business Continuity Plan and participate in related meetings.
  • Work with enterprise networking teams to troubleshoot service outages.
  • Assist individual retailers with complex issues and coordinate with Field Service Managers for resolution.
