About The Position
The Information Systems Support Technician keeps company operations running smoothly by preparing and maintaining the company’s computer and phone systems, and supports users by resolving computer and software problems promptly. Reports to the Vice President of Systems and Operations. Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Windows computer administration, installing and troubleshooting computer hardware
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Nice To Haves
- Associates Degree in related field
- Experience: Active Directory domain administration
Responsibilities
- Prepares computers for use: Sets-up new computers with appropriate software and system configuration
- Re-configures computers for new uses and new users
- Prepares phones and phone system for use
- Promptly resolves users’ hardware and software problems
