About The Position

Under the direction of the District Registrar, the Information Systems Student Services Liaison will act as liaison between the Office of the Registrar, various departments, and Information Technologies (IT) providing: assessment; implementation and testing of updates, new features, and new state or federal regulations; management of user accounts; and documentation. The District’s primary software vendor is Datatel Ellucian Colleague with other integrated products. Higher Education experience ideally within in a community college setting with an innate focus on students and their success.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and two (2) years of professional experience providing end user support in an integrated database environment
• Experience programming and developing reports
• Working knowledge of database interfaces and reporting tools
• Community college experience
