About The Position

The program supports the Data Capabilities Division (DCD), which delivers leading-edge information sharing and operational intelligence knowledge management solutions across the international intelligence enterprise for tactical, joint, DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), and coalition customers. This role enables broad information sharing and national to tactical integration across U.S. and multinational computer/security domains.

Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies.
Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
Current TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI polygraph.
9 years with a High School Diploma, 7 years with Associate, 5 years with a Bachelors, 3 years with a Masters.

Nice To Haves

Experience providing training.
Experience with data intelligence platforms, such as Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP), Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), etc.

Responsibilities

Support military unit exercises.
Support intelligence data integration on platforms.
Support customer engagements.
Provide military unit training associated with exercises and intelligence data integration.
Work with assigned partner organizations to continuously identify information sharing or intelligence architecture gaps.
Research and identify potential solutions and recommend courses of action for a government decision.
Identify intelligence information sharing opportunities and present solutions to the government.
Coordinate and schedule bilateral and multilateral VTCs or teleconferences.
Troubleshoot and deconflict unique connection issues by testing and documenting connection procedures.
Establish and host regular (biweekly/monthly) standing VTCs with partner organizations for information sharing and analytic exchange.
Continuously engage with all partners to identify and establish additional requirements for VTC collaborations with US stakeholders.
Attend meetings and working groups, as directed.
Provide meeting notes or after-action reports within five business days of meeting attendance.
Consolidated point of contact(s) in a centralized location for future engagements and post points of contacts on the DCD FVEY Page if applicable within five business days of engagement.
