The Mission The Leidos team delivers the core backbone of the Service, Management, Integration and Transport (SMIT) program, including cybersecurity services, network operations, service desk, and data transport. Leidos will support network modernization efforts to provide Sailors, Marines and the civilian workforce with the tools they need to be more efficient at increasing naval capabilities and further empowering the Navy Marine Corps team to compete and win. Your Main Objective: Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions, including sites, workflows, forms, and custom components. Build and customize SharePoint applications using SPFx, Power Platform, and out-of-the-box capabilities. Support the implementation and administration of SharePoint environments, including site provisioning, permissions management, and configuration. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional SharePoint solutions. Assist in integrating SharePoint with other enterprise systems and Microsoft 365 services. Develop workflows and automation using Power Automate and related tools. Support content migration, data management, and system upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, including performance, access, and functionality problems. Follow established development standards, governance policies, and best practices. Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of SharePoint solutions. Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience with hands-on SharePoint development or administration
  • Experience with: SharePoint Online and/or on-prem
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Basic SPFx or front-end development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Microsoft 365 tools and integrations
