About The Position

The Information Security Manager is the process owner for the development and implementation of a bank wide information security program and ongoing activities to preserve the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of information resources in compliance with applicable security regulations, policies, and standards. This position partners with the Planning & Systems Department, as well as personnel to enforce and verify compliance of information security standards.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven prior work experience in the field and/or proven supervisory experience
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and possess strong leadership skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Well, organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to time sensitive deadlines.
Ability to work well independently and in groups.
Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Programs; Excel and Word.
Fluent in English
Access to reliable transportation
Ability to lift 10–20 lbs., stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Evaluates, reviews, and composes information security policies and procedures in response to operations and regulatory developments.
Analyzes and identifies overall technology and information security risks for new and changing technologies within the Bank.
Participates in meetings to address technology and information security risks.
Reviews and approves reports produced by the information security coordinator.
Analyzes security events and report any significant events.
Analyzes and evaluates tests information and the applicable controls.
Analyzes results of system logging and monitoring to identify patterns which could result in potential security risks.
