Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience with information security governance processes
Nice To Haves
- Relevant certification (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CGEIT)
- 5+ years of information security experience
- Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Supporting the development, maintenance, communication, and oversight of information security policies, standards, and related governance practices.
- Coordinating audit activity.
- Supporting external assessments such as tabletop exercises and maturity reviews.
- Developing security metrics that provide visibility into policy compliance and control effectiveness.
- Development and maintenance of an information security risk register, based on the outcomes of audits and risk assessments.
- Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen policy adoption, monitor compliance, and advance the organization’s governance and compliance objectives.
