This job is responsible for moderately complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data. Key responsibilities include fund setup, client identification data, pricing, and cost basis reporting. A Job expectations include providing quality service and effective operations support for internal business partners and external clients.

Requirements

Strong analytical / problem solving skills; Provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems or needs.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to interact with all levels of management and complete deliverables independently or collaboratively.
MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Power Point, and Word).

Responsibilities

Performs moderately complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data according to the established guidelines and procedures
Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service
Reviews and approves required account documentation
Identifies risk and opportunities for process improvement based on an understanding of how the work impacts other operational units
Maintains knowledge of operational processes and assists in training less experienced team members
Provide operations support for multiple data feed applications supporting Merrill Wealth Management and Bank of America Private Bank.
Providing daily operations processing, data transmission setup and ad-hoc research requests regarding the data sent.
Meeting internal deadlines, setting up new transmissions and researching inquiries into the data contents of the transmission.
Develop business partner relationships with internal and external clients (Merrill and Private Bank Advisors/Associates and other external clients), Operations, Technology and Control Partners.
Gain exposure and acumen in wholistic process management and take ownership in building relationships with the clients the process supports.
