USAA is seeking an Information Management Analyst Lead to identify and manage existing and emerging risks related to business activities and the job role. This role ensures risks are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled, adhering to written risk and compliance policies. The lead will leverage advanced data management knowledge to support information management practices, identify process improvements, and lead cross-functional teams. They will align best practices and tools with business needs, champion Information Governance standards, and integrate Information Management practices into existing and emerging technologies. Responsibilities include updating Information Asset Inventories, reviewing metadata repositories, supporting Data Lineage collection, and managing data quality processes, including the development of controls, corrective action plans, and compliance assessments. The role also involves analyzing root causes of risks, recommending Master and Reference Data processes, managing master data quality, developing archiving and purging strategies, and partnering with IT and Legal for compliance. Additionally, the lead will define and implement Access Management strategies and lead Privacy initiatives, ensuring compliance and remediation of sensitive data.
