The Information Governance Senior Analyst is an integral part of Latham’s Information Governance team and will be responsible for coordinating all primary functions of the Information Governance Operations team, including file management (both physical and electronic), file intake, file releases, destruction requests, data access requests, case room management, and records retention, while coordinating all major functions of the department with minimal supervision; developing plans, organizing files and workflow, and assuming responsibility for the completion of major projects. This role will be located in our Houston office. In addition, this role will require travel to our Austin office on a monthly/bi-monthly basis. Please note that this role requires in-office presence Monday through Friday for the first six months, and will then be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
