About The Position

The Information Assurance Engineer provides technical and programmatic Information Assurance Services to internal and external customers in support of network and information security systems. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing security requirements within the organization's business processes while ensuring compliance with Federal laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 6 Years of experience in Security Engineering/Administration roles or a highly related field of work with similar scope and responsibilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master’s Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience.
• TS/SCI with an active CI Polygraph
• Experience performing a wide variety of information assurance and information systems security engineering duties
• Experience with certification and accreditation of information systems compliance frameworks
• Requires a DoD-8140 IAM Level 2 or IAT Level 3 baseline certification. These include but are not limited to CISSP, CISM CGRC, SecurityX, GSLC, CCISO, CISA, or CCSP

Nice To Haves

• Background in security architecture design
• Experience with incident response and forensics
