About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Infor LN Projects Functional Consultant to support and enhance the Projects module within the Infor LN ERP platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain to support Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and project-based manufacturing operations. This role will focus on project planning, cost tracking, budgeting, resource management, and project billing processes within the Infor LN environment.

Requirements

Experience with Infor LN Projects module implementation and support.
Proficiency in configuring project structures, WBS, milestones, and cost control frameworks.
Experience in managing system configuration for project budgeting, planning, and execution.
Experience in configuring and managing project budgeting and cost estimation.
Ability to track actual vs planned project costs (Labor, Materials, Procurement, Subcontractor costs).
Experience in supporting project profitability analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in defining and managing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
Experience in coordinating project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Experience in supporting resource planning across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
Experience in integrating project planning with manufacturing orders and procurement processes.
Experience supporting Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing models.
Experience working with production teams to ensure project-driven manufacturing orders are properly configured.
Experience in configuring milestone billing, fixed-price contracts, and time-and-material billing models.
Experience supporting project billing integration with finance modules.

Responsibilities

Implement and support the Projects module within Infor LN.
Configure project structures, WBS, milestones, and cost control frameworks.
Manage system configuration related to project budgeting, planning, and execution.
Configure and manage project budgeting and cost estimation.
Track actual vs planned project costs including: Labor, Materials, Procurement, Subcontractor costs.
Support project profitability analysis and reporting.
Define and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Support resource planning across: Engineering teams, Manufacturing operations, Supply chain teams.
Integrate project planning with manufacturing orders and procurement processes.
Support Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing models.
