About The Position

VeSync is a growing health and wellness company with successful brands like Levoit and COSORI. We are seeking a driven and talented Influencer Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of influencer marketing campaigns for Cosori during a high-volume period. This temporary, 3-month assignment focuses on sourcing creators, managing outreach, coordinating campaign logistics, and ensuring timelines are met. You will collaborate closely with the Sr Influencer Manager and brand teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and product positioning.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Understanding of how to evaluate creators beyond follower count, including engagement quality and content relevance.
  • Knowledge of current platform trends and effective content formats.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns without missing deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to handle creator relationships professionally and directly.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with consumer product brands, especially in cooking, coffee, kitchen, or lifestyle categories.
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms like Aspire, CreatorIQ, or Impact.
  • Basic understanding of affiliate or performance-driven influencer campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and vet influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube based on brand fit, audience quality, and performance signals according to campaign targeting guidelines.
  • Manage outbound outreach, follow-ups, and communication with creators, including negotiating basic deliverables and timelines.
  • Coordinate product seeding, track shipments, and confirm content delivery.
  • Monitor campaign progress and keep internal trackers and platforms (such as Aspire or similar tools) up to date.
  • Review incoming content for alignment with briefs and flag issues quickly.
  • Support reporting by organizing content, capturing metrics, and identifying early performance trends.
