Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media strategy
  • Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Meta, TikTok,.)
  • Experience using influencer tools (e.g., AspireIQ, GRIN, CreatorIQ, Upfluence)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Experience with affiliate marketing or paid influencer campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign reporting and analytics
  • Existing network of influencer and creator relationships
  • Strong storytelling ability with sound judgment in content creation
  • Passion for digital culture, trends, and emerging platforms

Responsibilities

  • Execute influencer marketing strategies aligned to brand awareness, engagement, and conversion goals
  • Partner with agencies and internal PR and social team to identify, vet, and recruit influencers and brand ambassadors across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, and content approvals
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Work with agencies and procurement to negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation in line with budget and campaign objectives
  • Measure campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
  • Maintain influencer databases and continuously improve partnership performance
  • Stay on top of cultural trends, platform behaviors, and emerging content formats to craft sharp influencer briefs that inspire best-in-class creative work
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated and cohesive brand storytelling across all touchpoints
