Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or social media within a consumer or tech-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, platform trends, and what drives performance in short-form content.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing influencer relationships end-to-end.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and translate insights into action.
  • Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of creator and influencer partnerships across the marketing team, driving brand awareness and engagement through high-impact creator collaborations.
  • Identify, vet, and manage relationships with creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns that align with broader marketing initiatives and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee campaign timelines from briefing through delivery.
  • Partner with creators to develop authentic, platform-native content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize partnerships based on engagement, reach, and conversion insights.
