About The Position

Sundae Creative is seeking an Influencer Strategy Manager to join the Influencer Marketing team in Montreal. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, client leadership, and hands-on campaign execution, with a strong focus on building and leading impactful influencer campaigns from concept to completion. It also reflects SC’s highly strategic approach to influencer marketing, pairing creative storytelling with data-driven thinking to deliver campaigns that drive meaningful brand impact. You’ll act as a lead across multiple accounts, owning strategy development, guiding campaign execution, and serving as a key client partner. This role is ideal for someone who is highly strategic, confident working with budgets and clients, and excited to bring forward innovative, results-driven influencer marketing ideas in a fast-paced agency environment. Requirements

  • 5–6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, integrated communications, account management, or a related field
  • Strong agency experience preferred, but strong in-house influencer experience will be considered
  • Proven experience leading influencer campaigns across strategy, execution, and client management
  • Strong understanding of paid influencer campaigns, budgeting, and media allocation
  • Experience building influencer strategies, proposals, and campaign frameworks from scratch
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end influencer campaign workflows
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
  • Strong strategic thinker who can proactively recommend campaign ideas and solutions
  • Hands-on experience with execution (casting, outreach, coordination, reporting) when needed
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Fully bilingual (French/English) required; Montreal-based strongly preferred
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, evolving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working on larger-scale or North American-level campaigns is a strong asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is an asset
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and reporting tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead influencer marketing accounts as the primary strategic and client-facing lead
  • Own the full campaign lifecycle from strategy development and casting through to execution, reporting, and optimization
  • Oversee both paid, earned, seeding, ambassador, and experiential influencer campaigns
  • Provide ongoing strategic direction throughout execution to ensure strong campaign performance and brand alignment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, PR, paid media, events, and account teams
  • Review influencer casting, content, timelines, and deliverables with a strategic lens
  • Analyze campaign performance and develop post-campaign reports that translate KPIs and data into clear insights, actionable learnings, and optimization recommendations.
  • Act as the client lead, building strong relationships and ensuring high-quality communication and delivery
  • Identify growth opportunities, upsell potential, and new campaign ideas for clients
  • Support and guide coordinators and specialists on execution (without direct people management)
  • Stay current on influencer trends, platform updates, and creator landscape shifts
  • Support budget recommendations, negotiations, and campaign forecasting as needed
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently while balancing quality, timelines, and budgets
