About The Position

The Influencer Manager will be responsible for building a multiprong influencer strategy designed to increase brand awareness and drive meaningful revenue for the brand. This role requires a deep understanding of influencer marketing, social media trends, and online communities. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker who can manage relationships with influencers, engage with the community, and contribute to the brand’s overall growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years in influencer marketing, with a track record of building and scaling programs.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through influencer partnerships, not just brand awareness.
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of Instagram and TikTok — algorithms, content performance, creator ecosystems, and where trends are heading.
  • Creative and analytical in equal measure — you can ideate a campaign and pull a performance report with the same enthusiasm.
  • Experience managing contracts and negotiating with talent or talent reps.
  • Strong project management skills; able to run multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own a multiprong influencer strategy spanning affiliate/revenue-driving partnerships, paid campaigns, and organic gifting.
  • Recruit and cultivate a roster of micro to macro creators on Instagram and TikTok whose audiences align with our brand values and target customer.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, sounds, and viral moments — rapidly inserting the brand into cultural conversations when the opportunity is right.
  • Own the gifting program end-to-end: product pulls, packaging, personalization, and shipping.
  • Manage contracts end-to-end — drafting, negotiating terms with talent and reps, and ensuring all deliverables and usage rights are fulfilled.
  • Own and scale Shop My strategy and paid partnerships that tie influencer activity directly to measurable revenue.
  • Balance brand metrics (reach, sentiment, cultural relevance) with performance metrics (conversions, ROI) across every campaign.
  • Stay aligned with product, content, and creative teams so influencer activity always syncs with launches, priorities, and brand messaging.
  • Own program reporting: gifting trackers, campaign metrics, revenue attribution, and ROI across all partnership tiers.
  • Bring data-backed recommendations to the table and present clear performance updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with the e-command paid media teams to identify top-performing creator content for whitelisting and Spark Ads, maximizing reach and ROI on organic influencer posts.
  • Monitor brand sentiment, surface insights, and feed them back into marketing and product strategy conversations.
  • Source and surface UGC — identify and flag top organic content from customers and creators for repurposing across owned channels.
  • Curate influencer guest lists for events and provide on-site support — setup, engagement, gifting execution, whatever's needed.
