About The Position

As a part-time Temporary Influencer Marketing Coordinator at National University, you will drive the success of our influencer marketing campaigns by providing day-to-day operational support for influencer management and operations. This role ensures partnerships launch accurately and timely, excellent influencer communications, clean reporting, and supporting scalable, brand-safe influencer activations with tight tracking and payment compliance. This is a highly organized, detail-driven role for someone who thrives in execution, cross-functional coordination, and process rigor. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with influencer partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Comfort working in spreadsheets/trackers and maintaining clean reporting inputs.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social media landscape and trends.
  • Familiar with FTC guidelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals within a community.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative spirit within diverse team environments, thriving in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience supporting influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with influencer operations: vetting, tracking, onboarding workflows, creator payment processes.
  • Experience in fee negotiations.
  • Experience with campaign management tools, payment tools (e.g., Lumanu), or similar systems.
  • 1-2 years in a marketing operations role supporting influencer campaigns (agency, in-house, or talent-side).
  • Stay abreast of digital and social media trends, challenges, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Identify creators aligned with brand and campaign needs; complete brand safety checks prior to activation.
  • Manage cold/warm outreach, follow-ups, communication, and coordination for all creator partnerships; support CGC and UGC creators through onboarding readiness and activation execution.
  • Onboard creators into campaign management tools; ensure tracking is set; log post links/metrics in trackers. Alert stakeholders of expiring usage.
  • Own reminders, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure timely deliverables and smooth execution.
  • Send payment information requests and submit payment items in the payment platform (e.g., Lumanu or equivalent).
  • Send wrap-up communications; consolidate links, performance notes, and learnings.
  • Operational support for influencer and creator ad campaigns.
