Requirements

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the influencer marketing space, working within the PR, marketing or Talent Management space.
  • You've started gaining strong connections with influencers across the Canadian. landscape and with a proven ability to nurture and grow these relationships.
  • You’ve worked with clients from CPG, beauty, and lifestyle industries and possess an understanding of metrics and KPIs for social media campaigns.
  • You’re a true team player with grit, always ready to go above and beyond to support your colleagues and ensure the success of the team.
  • You have a go-getter attitude with the drive to succeed and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’re excited about learning and continuously growing in the PR and influencer marketing world within an agency and your enthusiasm for influencer marketing is unmatched.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional-level proficiency in French and English, or full bilingualism, is a fantastic bonus!
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Execute campaigns with finesse, leveraging the latest influencer marketing tools and platforms to streamline operations, monitor progress, and maximize campaign impact.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships with our influencers by ensuring exceptional campaign delivery and actively gathering feedback through satisfaction surveys, fostering repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Expand and curate our growing database of influencers in the North American market through monthly onboarding goals.
  • Take a proactive role in being the main point of contact between members of your team and influencers, ensuring a harmonious partnership, addressing inquiries when they arise, and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of Influencer campaigns, delivering data and actionable insights for optimization.
  • Assist in event planning and on-site coordination for influencer-related events, experiences, and activations.
  • Support the upselling of additional services and help secure at least one new influencer-related project per quarter.
  • Generate visual mood boards and content guidelines when requested.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and keep both the internal team and clients informed about the latest developments in influencer marketing.
