About The Position

Caraway Home is looking for an experienced Ambassador Manager to provide parental leave coverage for our Influencer team. This is a contract engagement running approximately early August 2026 through January 2027, with the opportunity to work across two coverage scopes — senior program management and associate-level execution support. This role is ideal for a seasoned influencer marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced DTC environments, can hit the ground running with minimal ramp time, and is comfortable owning both strategy and operations simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of influencer and/or ambassador marketing experience, ideally in DTC or consumer goods
  • Familiarity with ambassador platforms, CRM tools, and performance analytics
  • Strong project management skills — you're organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
  • A collaborative communication style and experience working cross-functionally
  • Comfort operating at both a strategic and executional level — this role requires both

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools like Nectar, Roster, Omni, or similar is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day ambassador communications, escalations, and campaign timelines
  • Attend weekly syncs with the Associate Director, Influencer and serve as the primary point of contact across the program
  • Review and approve ambassador briefs and content created before distribution
  • Compile weekly performance snapshots and deliver monthly ambassador performance reports (engagement data, revenue attribution, top performers, program health)
  • Oversee budget pacing and flag any spend efficiency concerns
  • Monitor ambassador inboxes
  • Manage gifting shipments, CRM/database updates, and deliverable trackers
  • Distribute campaign briefs, creative assets, and product information to active ambassadors
  • Coordinate ambassador events, virtual community touchpoints, and product drops
