About The Position

CoinPoker is an innovative crypto-poker platform that uses blockchain technology to provide fast, secure, and transparent gameplay. With recent substantial investment, CoinPoker is expanding its team to support its growth and aims to become a leader in the online crypto-poker space.

The Junior Ambassador Manager will be responsible for the daily management, organization, and support of assigned ambassador, influencer, streamer, and creator partnerships. This role will also focus on growing the partner roster by identifying new opportunities. Key duties include maintaining organized partnerships, tracking monthly deliverables, reviewing partner content in real-time, sourcing new partner opportunities, supporting promotional campaigns, and escalating issues as needed.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of poker rules, terminology, and community dynamics.
• Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to track multiple deadlines, deliverables, and schedules simultaneously.
• High level of accuracy when auditing content, verifying CTAs, tracking compliance, and managing monthly partner billing.
• Ability to communicate clearly, diplomatically, and persuasively with digital creators and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable reviewing basic performance and engagement metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned ambassadors, influencers, streamers, and creator partners, managing regular communication and relationship support.
• Source and evaluate new ambassador, streamer, and creator opportunities, assessing audience fit and content quality, and flagging recommendations to senior management.
• Track partner deliverables, campaign activity, and posting schedules, ensuring partners meet contractual obligations, and review partner content in real time across relevant platforms.
• Assist with approved content optimisation and promotional strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and FTD performance.
• Support the execution of promotional campaigns for partner audiences, including freerolls, giveaways, and bonuses, working closely with the CRM, marketing, PRM, and affiliate teams.
• Coordinate with partners to request and collect content assets required for campaigns and promotional activity.
• Submit monthly partner performance reports and end-of-month invoice reviews.
• Review examples of high-performing creator content, promotional formats, and engagement trends across the industry.
