About The Position

The Infant Teacher is responsible for classroom management and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. The teacher implements The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and uses its characters to make learning fun. The role also involves communicating with parents about children’s activities and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions, and building positive relationships with families and coworkers to support an environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. The Learning Experience provides an immersive classroom setting with technology, materials, and resources for children to learn, play, and grow. The company describes opportunities for ongoing training, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways. This location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, which makes hiring decisions.

Requirements

At least six months of professional teaching experience is required; one year is preferred.
A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
Must meet applicable background screening or state licensing requirements.
Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
