About The Position

The Infant Teacher supports early childhood education and care by partnering with teachers to implement The Learning Experience’s proprietary curriculum. Teachers use engaging characters and classroom resources to make learning fun and help children learn, play, and grow. The role includes maintaining classroom and program quality, health, and safety standards; collaborating with peers to create a welcoming environment; and communicating with parents and families about children’s experiences and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.

The position is full-time, with hours from 9:30 to 6:30. Compensation is $16.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Meet applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

• Early childhood education coursework preferred.
