About The Position

The Infant Teacher creates a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children at The Learning Experience. The role involves implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and supporting children’s academic and emotional development through play and learning. Teachers build relationships with families and colleagues and regularly communicate with parents about children’s experiences and achievements, including through mobile apps and personal discussions. Classroom supplies and curriculum materials are provided.

Requirements

• At least six months of professional teaching experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of professional teaching experience preferred.
• CDA or an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field preferred.
