Requirements
- EEC Teacher Certification (Infant/Toddler)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet all Massachusetts EEC employment requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for early childhood education
- Flexibility to work a full time schedule, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm
Nice To Haves
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Previous experience in an infant classroom
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, responsive, and enriching classroom where babies can learn, grow, and thrive every day.
- Create a warm, nurturing, and responsive learning environment
- Build trusting relationships with infants and their families
- Support each child's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences
- Follow safe sleep practices and maintain a clean, healthy classroom
- Complete daily communication and documentation for families
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
- Maintain compliance with EEC regulations and company policies
