Infant Teacher
About The Position
The Infant Teacher is responsible for classroom management and for leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. The teacher implements The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum, using its characters to make learning engaging. The role also includes regularly communicating children’s adventures and achievements to parents through mobile apps and personal discussions, and building positive relationships with families and coworkers to support an environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. The position offers a stated compensation range of $17.00–$23.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- At least six months of professional teaching experience is required.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must meet applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
Nice To Haves
- One year of professional teaching experience is preferred.
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field is preferred.
