Infant Nanny
About The Position
A loving family in Renton, WA 98055, USA is seeking a reliable, experienced caregiver to provide long-term care for their infant starting November 11th. The family values early childhood development, strong communication, and a nurturing environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, totaling 25 to 30 hours per week, with 30 hours expected most weeks. Occasional schedule flexibility may be needed to accommodate parent meetings or travel. The family's home environment is welcoming and focused on supporting infant development. This is a long-term placement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in infant care and early childhood development
- Strong English communication skills
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of or ability to speak Malayalam, Tamil, or Hindi
- Familiarity with Indian culture
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, engaging care tailored to infant development milestones
- Handle infant meal preparation and bottle washing
- Manage infant laundry and keep care areas clean and tidy
- Perform light household assistance when time permits (secondary to child care)
Benefits
- Commensurate with experience pay rate of $22-$26 per hour
