Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Prior infant experience and references
• Daytime availability Monday-Friday
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain — we help!)

Nice To Haves

• Spanish-speaking is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Caring for children ages 6 weeks+ (based on your experience)
• Guiding development and daily routines — bottle feeding, naptime, sensorimotor play
• Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment
• Helping with light clean‑up after meals and playtime
• Working with a variety of families — no two days are the same!
