About The Position
The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking a certified Infant Assistant Teacher to support daily routines in our infant classroom. This role helps create a calm and nurturing environment where infants feel secure while developing early communication and sensory skills.
Requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification required
- Patient, dependable, and team-oriented approach
- Strong understanding of infant caregiving practices
Nice To Haves
- Prior infant classroom experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Support feeding, diapering, and nap routines
- Assist with sensory learning activities and classroom engagement
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Support classroom supervision and transitions
- Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members
- Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
