Requirements

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) — OR 5+ years of experience working with young children
• A genuine love for early childhood education — not just a job, but a calling
• Warmth, patience, reliability, and the ability to stay calm when someone spills paint on your shoes

• NC Early Childhood Credential preferred (not required to apply)
