About The Position

This is a predoctoral fellowship for a Psychology Intern/Resident who is completing Ph.D. or Psy.D. requirements for certification in Clinical Psychology. The fellowship involves providing psychological and neuropsychological patient services, including outpatient and consultation/liaison services at Tulane University School of Medicine, as well as inpatient/outpatient services at contracted institutions. Fellows are required to participate in didactics and case conferences every Friday, maintain timely patient logs and electronic charts, and present at educational seminars, grand rounds, and professional meetings.

Requirements

• Currently completing Ph.D. or Psy.D. requirements for certification in Clinical Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological/neuropsychological patient services.
• Offer psychological outpatient and consultation/liaison services at Tulane University School of Medicine.
• Deliver psychological inpatient/outpatient services at contracted institutions.
• Participate in didactics and case conferences every Friday.
• Complete documentation and report writing, including timely patient logs/charts electronic maintenance at respective institutions.
• Present at educational seminars, grand rounds, and professional meetings.
