As an Industry Sales Associate Director at Novonesis, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and execution. This role involves driving the strategic direction of the local sales organization in collaboration with the Head of Sales, leading cross-functional alignment, and translating industry strategies into actionable account strategies. Building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective resource deployment, and driving excellence in sales processes and data quality are critical. Additionally, you will lead change management initiatives to improve performance and operational effectiveness. Externally, you will lead C-level engagement with key customers and strategic partners, represent Novonesis in industry associations and conferences, identify competitive risks, and shape response strategies. A key focus will be driving customer-centric approaches across all commercial activities.
