We are looking for an Industrial and Systems Engineer who thrives in fast‑paced environments and wants hands‑on impact through continuous improvement initiatives nationwide. You must live in a location with convenient access to a major airport, as this requires approximately 75% travel. You must also be located within a reasonable distance of any McLane location, allowing you to work from a Distribution Center during weeks when travel is not required. Preferred locations include San Bernardino, CA; Kissimmee, FL; and Lakewood, WA.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering preferred
Other applicable engineering degrees considered
Experience with time studies and continuous improvement methods
Knowledge of Manhattan WMOS, Manhattan Active, or Blue Yonder preferred
Labor Management, MOST, and engineered standards experience
Working knowledge of Oracle SQL and Microsoft Office 365
Strong oral and written communication skills with confidence presenting to leaders
Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
