Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience with any of the following: NISPOM, Document Control Databases and or sensitive material databases
  • Experience with Microsoft Products
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.​
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance​
  • DoD Clearance: Secret
  • Active and existing security clearance required on day 1

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain personnel security records utilizing internal company security databases for classified material control.
  • Assigning and manage unique tracking numbers, security classification markings, to all incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Conducting mandatory periodic audits and physical counts of all classified holdings, including digital media and hard copies.
  • Executing and witnessing the secure cross-cut shredding, burning, or pulverization of classified materials using approved equipment
  • Maintaining flawless receipts, sign-out logs, and electronic tracking records to document physical or digital possession of material.
  • Assist with Logistics coordination of shipping/receiving classified material.
  • Review documents for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to formatting standards of the 32cfr
  • Perform regular inventories, compliance validations, and incident reporting and investigations as necessary.
  • Assist in the physical security assessment and compliance of accredited spaces.
  • Update Open Storage Area and Limited Access Area access lists and databases accordingly.
  • Assist with administrative inquiries related to security incidents.
  • Other Industrial Security tasks as assigned to include Personnel Security and Classified Document Control tasks.
