About The Position

As Allegro’s Sales Leader for North America - Industrial Segment, you will be a transformative leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales organizations within the semiconductor industry serving industrial markets in the Region. You will lead a team of sales professionals, overseeing all aspects of our industrial sales strategy, and new business development efforts. Reporting directly to VP WW Sales – Industrial segment, you will be a key member of the Sales leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Allegro. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding market share, and building a high-performance sales culture focused on customer success, accountability, and strategic execution. You will shape and execute a winning strategy to deliver against ambitious revenue goals and long-term business objectives in the region. You’ll bring vision, structure, and inspiration to a talented sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within the semiconductor industry, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building successful sales teams in the North American market
  • A deep understanding of the industrial markets, with experience driving growth in direct B2B, channel partner and broad distribution go to market approaches.
  • In-depth understanding of markets, including diverse regulatory environments and cultural nuances within the industrial sector in the Region.
  • Established relationships and a strong network within the industrial markets and with key partners.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to identify market trends, develop sales strategies, and build operational plans to drive execution across a global organization.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with experience managing budgets, forecasting sales, and analyzing market data.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills to analyze market trends, sales performance, and financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to and engaging audiences of all types (customers, teams, leadership teams, etc) desired.
  • Excellent interpersonal, and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and close major deals.
  • Eligible applicants must reside in a state where Allegro currently has an office location: This includes New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Texas, and Michigan. Certain positions (such as field sales roles) may be exempt from this requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Setting and executing the global sales strategy to achieve corporate objectives and drive revenue growth in the North American industrial market.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the sales pipeline across different product lines.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance sales team; instill a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Building and nurturing strategic relationships with key clients, distributors, and accounts. Optimize channel strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to proactively adapt sales approaches and deliver differentiated value.
  • Implement KPIs, reporting tools, and performance frameworks to monitor and drive sales effectiveness, pipeline health, and revenue targets.
  • Partner with Business Lines, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and customer-centric execution.
