RSCS / MRC is a full-service commercial and industrial refrigeration construction and service family of companies with 25+ years in business and operations across 10 states in the western U.S. They are hiring Senior Ammonia Refrigeration Service Technicians who prioritize safety, thoroughness, and customer focus. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, working with various equipment brands, and thriving in a strong team environment.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as an Ammonia Service Technician (industrial experience required)
• Strong working knowledge of industrial-level ammonia refrigeration (not residential/commercial-only)
• Ability to work independently in client facilities with strong safety awareness
• Willingness to travel as needed and participate in an on-call rotation
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial ammonia refrigeration systems in customer facilities
• Replace mechanical seals on pumps and compressors
• Perform motor alignments
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems and controls
• Troubleshoot and service multiple brands of equipment and control systems
• Perform start-ups of ammonia refrigeration systems
• Work independently on-site and resolve issues when operators are unable to
