About The Position

Keep the lines running and the cold chain safe. Step into a manufacturing environment where your expertise keeps production moving and refrigeration systems steady. On 2nd shift, you’ll be the go-to Industrial Electrician resolving electrical issues and optimizing equipment reliability. On 3rd shift, you’ll be the Ammonia Technician safeguarding critical NH3 systems and responding to alarms with precision.

Requirements

• Hands-on background in industrial maintenance, electrical work, or ammonia refrigeration
• Sharp troubleshooting skills and a methodical problem-solving approach
• Comfort working independently and collaborating with a team
• Ability and willingness to work assigned 2nd or 3rd shift

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications or technical schooling a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair industrial electrical equipment and power systems
• Execute preventive maintenance on production machinery to reduce downtime
• Read and apply electrical schematics, prints, and technical diagrams
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the plant
• Uphold electrical codes and safety standards at all times
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration (NH3) systems
• Track system performance and ensure safe, stable operation
• Conduct routine inspections and scheduled maintenance
• Respond to alarms and emergent conditions promptly
• Comply with OSHA requirements and all site safety protocols
