About The Position

This role involves ARC, MIG and TIG Carbon Steel Fabrication, Stainless Steel Fabrication, and Structural fabrication including stairs, ladders, platforms, walkways and handrails. Responsibilities include working with carbon and stainless-steel pipe, primarily field work with limited shop time. The ability to read drawings, P&IDs, and schematics is essential. Experience in Wastewater Treatment and Industrial Construction is relevant. The role performs various hands-on work such as pressure washing, dry/wet vacuum truck operations support, steam cleaning, and basic industrial maintenance when necessary. The employee will operate a company motor vehicle to travel to and from job sites, operate hand tools, light machinery, and sharp tools. Care and light maintenance of tools and equipment is required to maintain their proper operation. The employee must work in a safe and healthy manner in accordance with established safety and OSHA requirements. Requirements

• A valid driver's license (for insurability purposes)with ability to get Class E within first 30 days
• Has ability to read, understand, and carry out oral and written instructions and schedules
• Gives respect to co-workers, clients, supervisors, and vendors
• Can be on time, flexible, adaptable, and professional.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Three (3) years of general labor or construction experience preferred
• CDL-A strongly preferred
