About The Position

We are seeking skilled Industrial Welders, Fabricators, and Pipe Fitters to join our Field Services team. This role is crucial for providing skilled field services to the nation's largest and most respected companies since 1992. Our field service workers are trained, educated, and certified to handle any client problem. Requirements

  • A valid driver's license (for insurability purposes) with the ability to obtain a Class E license within the first 30 days.
  • Ability to read, understand, and carry out oral and written instructions and schedules.
  • Respectful demeanor towards co-workers, clients, supervisors, and vendors.
  • Punctual, flexible, adaptable, and professional.
  • Ability to work flexible hours with some weekend and holiday work.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 80% of the time, typically for 10-14 days out or less.
  • On-call availability occasionally on a rotating schedule.
  • Ability to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk and hear.
  • Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Three (3) years of general labor or construction experience preferred.
  • CDL-A strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform ARC, MIG, and TIG welding.
  • Fabricate carbon steel and stainless steel.
  • Fabricate structural components including stairs, ladders, platforms, walkways, and handrails.
  • Work with carbon and stainless-steel pipe.
  • Primarily perform field work with limited shop time.
  • Read and interpret drawings, P&IDs, and schematics.
  • Work in Wastewater Treatment and Industrial Construction environments.
  • Perform Utility Pipe Fitting.
  • Install Process Equipment.
  • Perform various hands-on tasks such as pressure washing, dry/wet vacuum truck operations support, steam cleaning, and basic industrial maintenance.
  • Operate a company motor vehicle to travel to and from job sites.
  • Operate hand tools, light machinery, and sharp tools on job locations.
  • Provide care and light maintenance of tools and equipment.
  • Work in a safe and healthy manner in accordance with established safety and OSHA requirements.
