About The Position

We are hiring a Painter to prepare and finish custom commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. This role includes preparing surfaces, masking, caulking, spray painting, and inspecting finished products to ensure a high-quality appearance. Every unit is different, so attention to detail and pride in your workmanship are essential. This is hands-on production work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, consistency, and safety matter. This is a safety-sensitive position. Safe work practices and attention to detail are required at all times.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working with paints, coatings, and industrial equipment

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing, painting, construction, automotive, or industrial finishing experience
  • Experience with spray painting equipment
  • Experience preparing surfaces for paint
  • Experience reading prints or work instructions
  • Experience using hand and power tools

Responsibilities

  • Prepare equipment for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, masking, and caulking
  • Spray paint bases, doors, panels, small components, and completed assemblies
  • Read prints and follow production instructions
  • Inspect parts before and after painting to ensure quality standards are met
  • Operate paint pumps, spray guns, pressure pots, and related equipment
  • Assist with spray foam operations as trained
  • Maintain paint equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
  • Work with your team to meet production schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards
