About The Position

The Industrial Operations Manager is an operations leader responsible for driving reliable execution and performance within a defined operational scope. This role ensures day-to-day operations run safely, efficiently, and consistently while developing the leadership capability needed to progress into more senior operational ownership roles. This position builds depth in performance management, process discipline, and leadership capability. A strong focus on executing operational strategy, managing frontline performance, and developing teams while gaining exposure to broader business metrics and cross-functional execution. This is a remote role that will support the Industrial East Region. Our ideal candidate must be in EST time zone, preferably within easy commuting distance of locations in this region. Not remote, located in the central time zone.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered
  • 3+ years management / leadership experience coupled with handling inventory / operational tasks
  • Trilogie experience is required
  • Ability to adapt and change processes to keep pace with the evolving business requirements
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills to optimally respond to urgent situations
  • Must be process oriented with good judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability and desire to lead a team
  • Strong technical skills included but not limited to Microsoft O365 applications

Responsibilities

  • Participates in the strategic development and execution of the retail store business model (not retail; we are an industrial environment) and strategy to produce profitable growth and strong cash flow performance.
  • Contributes to sales forecasting, financial budgeting and expenditure management to achieve company budget objectives.
  • Supports the development of strong sales and management teams, implementing recruitment, training and mentoring programs that result in a capable and motivated workforce.
  • Follows mechanisms that drive the identification of opportunities for new market or business segment opportunities, or to enhance profit margin enhancement and accelerating top-line revenue growth.
  • Performs the analysis of market trends and stored data to assist in sales/promotions for present and future business.
  • Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.

  • Other duties as assigned - Branch or Central Ops Support – Invoicing, billing, ISO, H&S, admin support, etc. management
