About The Position

This manufacturing company in Joppa, MD is seeking individuals with hands-on skills in mechanical fabrication and assembly, welding, industrial machine wiring, and industrial plumbing. The role involves joining the production team to build and service state-of-the-art industrial cleaning machinery. The position offers a 4-day workweek, consisting of 10-hour day shifts from Monday to Thursday, with occasional Friday overtime. Some travel may be required for installations and/or service.

Requirements

• Have hands-on skills in mechanical fabrication and assembly, welding, industrial machine wiring, and/or industrial plumbing
• Live within a 45 minute commute of Joppa, MD
• Have an excellent safety record
• Be able to communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Have the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics
• Understand machinery and be able to follow standard build plans
• Be organized and detail oriented
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
