As a Plastipak Maintenance Technician you have job stability. In this role, you'll maintain production lines that manufacture rigid plastic packaging for household brands and products that you use everyday. Stable Job with a Recession-Resilient Company Ongoing Training & Certifications with Plastipak Academy Solid TPM Program (Total Productive Maintenance) Career path for growth What You Will Do Troubleshoot & repair machine & manufacturing equipment for your assigned production lines Perform preventative maintenance Rebuild spare parts Participate in changeovers Diagnose electrical issues and investigate root cause Complete trainings & earn certifications What You Need High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required 3 or more years of experience maintaining manufacturing machines & equipment Solid hydraulics, pneumatics & electrical working knowledge Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving ability Ability to read & interpret technical & operational documents (manuals, blueprints, schematics) Your own tried & true tools (wrenches, screw drivers, sockets, ratchet sets, etc.).
