America's largest metal food packaging producer is seeking an Industrial Mechanic. This role involves maintaining a high-speed can manufacturing line, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying industrial mechanical systems. Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
Ability to learn the use of SPC and to utilize it as a tool for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Utilize your industrial mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high-speed can manufacturing line
Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all industrial mechanical systems
Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010
Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity

Benefits

Starting pay is $30.03/hour, with overtime available
Only work 84 hours every two weeks but earn 76 hours of straight pay and 8 hours of scheduled overtime every two weeks
$0.25/hr increase every 6 months for the first two years
Quarterly bonus based on plant performance
Additional quarterly attendance bonus

Work 50% of the year
