Requirements

• Work experience in heavy construction or working with industrial equipment maintenance.
• Ability to make simple calculations.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, work instructions, and other documentation.
• Intermediate knowledge of welding and metallurgy and basic theory of welding and correct application of welding.
• Critical thinking ability.
• All sites require PPE, including special PPE such as respirators.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to perform more advanced welding techniques efficiently and with a consistent level of quality.
• Has achieved certifications of millwright standards and possess certifications in other standards.
• Millwright certification such as NCCER or other nationally recognized program.
• Relevant job experience.
